New York Egg Cream Mocktail Recipe
This chocolaty beverage has a frothy head and is a favorite in Brooklyn restaurants. Interestingly enough, it contains neither egg nor cream.
- 2 Tablespoons chocolate syrup
- 3/4 cup whole milk
- 3/4 cup seltzer (soda water)
Pour chocolate syrup to bottom of large cup. Add whole milk. Top off with soda water and stir vigorously to give drink a frothy head.
