Blue Banana Smoothie Recipe
Pour yourself a cup of this pick-me-up smoothie whenever you’re feeling blue. It’s combination of sweet/tart blueberries and rich banana will surely add a little oomph to your day.
Ingredients:
- 2 bananas, sliced and frozen on cookie sheet
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 cup vanilla yogurt
- 1 splash milk

Add all ingredients to blender. Blend until smooth and frothy.
