Drink Alternatives Launch

Well, after much ado, the Drink Alternatives site is ready to go! I started this site after being disappointed by the lack of information on quality, non-alcoholic beverages. Just because I don’t drink alcohol doesn’t mean I don’t enjoy a glass of something special along with my dinner. In researching and writing the articles on this site, I’ve found that there are dozens of companies making some pretty amazing drinks. So, please explore. And, let me know if there’s a fantastic drink I’ve missed.

This is a really cool site! I needed to research making drinks for a friend’s new year party. He’s an athlete and thus rarely drinks, so we decided to make the most of it!
Obviously the Mocktail Party article is really useful as well as the article about bar staples. I’m taking back any bottles we don’t finish from his house, so everyone wins!

Hey! Thanks for the site! I wonder how you feel, or if you know of a campaign for better non alcohol drinks at bars and chain restaurants. I myself find the lack of to be disheartening. I feel like most of the ones that ARE offered are geared to children! I would love to see them offer a menu of NA drinks as large, or even half as large as their alcohol menu. I am hoping that I can somehow get them to carry at least NA wines. So, wish me luck, and let me know if you have any advice?
